Traditional relaxation & therapeutic full body massage of long, gliding strokes & kneading techniques. Improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, & relieves muscle tension. This leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, & renewed.

Shiatsu Massage:
Shiatsu calms an overactive sympathetic nervous system, which improves circulation, relieves stiff muscles, & alleviates stress. Unlike other forms of massage, with shiatsu no massage oil is applied, so you remain fully clothed during the treatment.

Tuina: (Tui Na)
is an Oriental Bodywork Therapy that has been used in China for 2,000 years. Tuina seeks to establish a more harmonious flow of Qi through the system of channels & meridians, allowing the body to naturally heal itself. The major focus of application is upon specific pain sites, acupressure points, energy meridians, muscles, & joints.

Raindrop Technique:
A method of bodywork on the spine developed by the Lakota Indians. “Modern” raindrop therapy combines an ancient Tibetan technique called “vitaflex”, reflexology & massage strokes applying the best & truly therapeutic essential oils. The technique is designed to bring balance to the body, help align & clear energy meridians without pressure of force. This treatment has been extremely helpful for those who are emotionally, physically, & mentally drained from stress. If left on, the oils
continue working up to 24 hours.
